How it works
From an empty LinkedIn box to a week of credible posts.
No content calls, no video course and no onboarding sessions. You describe your desk once, then the platform works around it.
- 1
Tell us about your recruitment desk
Your role, whether you are independent, agency, in-house or a talent partner, the industries and roles you recruit, seniority, markets and locations, years of experience, and whether you work contingent, retained, embedded, executive search or internal. You also set your country, regional English and time zone.
- 2
Create your Brand Voice Profile
Your ideal clients, hiring decision-makers and their common hiring problems. Your candidate audience, their frustrations and the advice you normally give. Then your personal brand: values, tone, how personal content should feel, off-limit topics, disliked phrases and preferred calls to action. You may paste your own LinkedIn About section and up to three of your own previous posts.
- 3
Choose your content balance
Four sliders that always total 100%. The recommended starting point is clients 35%, candidates 30%, personal brand 20%, vacancies and market insight 15%.
- 4
Generate personalised content
Use the weekly content desk, or a specific tool: Vacancy to Content, Placement to Case Study, Turn My Day Into a Post, or I Have Nothing to Say. Your remaining generation balance is always shown before you generate.
- 5
Edit, copy and publish it yourself
Every draft opens in the post editor. Shorten it, warm the tone, remove clichés, generate three alternative hooks, add up to five hashtags, then copy it and publish on LinkedIn in your own account.
Problem and solution
Feature by feature: the problem, then what answers it.
Each feature exists because of a specific problem recruiters describe. Here they are side by side, in the order you are likely to hit them.
- 1Weekly Content Desk
The problem
“I open LinkedIn, stare at the empty box, and close it again.”
What answers it
A short, balanced set of drafts is already waiting for the week ahead: a client authority post, a candidate advice post, a personal brand post and a vacancy post, all built from your desk and Brand Voice.
- 2Monthly Content Calendar
The problem
“When I do post, it is always another vacancy, so my feed reads like a job board.”
What answers it
A month is planned across your four pillars using your posting frequency and percentages, with repetitive openings and repeated subjects avoided.
- 3I Have Nothing to Say
The problem
“I have nothing to say that has not been said a hundred times already.”
What answers it
Ten relevant ideas for your specific market, divided between clients, candidates, personal brand and market insight. Pick one and it becomes a draft.
- 4Vacancy to Content
The problem
“I have a live role, but writing about it well takes longer than filling it.”
What answers it
Paste anonymised role information and mark it public, partially confidential or fully confidential. You get a direct vacancy post, a candidate-attraction post, a problem-led post, a short follow-up and a confidential version.
- 5Placement to Case Study
The problem
“I do good work and place good people, but I never turn it into proof.”
What answers it
Describe the type of role, the difficulty and the outcome. You confirm what may be shared before anything is generated, and nothing is invented to fill a gap.
- 6Turn My Day Into a Post
The problem
“My day is interesting, but it does not feel like content.”
What answers it
A short note about a call, an interview, a rejection or a lesson becomes a personal post in your own register, without forced inspiration.
- 7Brand Voice Profile
The problem
“AI content sounds like AI, and my clients can tell.”
What answers it
Your values, tone, off-limit topics, disliked phrases, preferred calls to action and your own previous posts shape every draft, so the writing keeps sounding like you.
- 8Post editor and post-creation tools
The problem
“I edit every draft anyway, and that is where the time goes.”
What answers it
Shorten, warm the tone, remove clichés, generate three alternative hooks and add up to five hashtags — then copy the finished post.
- 9Country, market, time zone and regional English
The problem
“I am not in the US, and most tools write like I am.”
What answers it
You set your country, markets and regional English once. Spelling, phrasing and market references follow it, worldwide.
- 10Confidentiality controls
The problem
“I cannot risk pasting client or candidate details into a tool.”
What answers it
Every free-text field warns you not to paste candidate personal data, CV information or confidential client details, and confidential vacancies can be generated without identifying anyone.

Recommended content balance
Adjustable at any time, because a desk that is 90% vacancies needs a different mix from one built on client development.

What the platform will not do
No LinkedIn connection or automatic posting
No invented facts
Trust and confidentiality
Built carefully for real recruitment work.
Here is exactly how the platform treats your account, your content and your clients.
No LinkedIn connection, ever
The platform never links to your LinkedIn account, never scrapes it and never posts for you. You copy each post and publish it yourself, from your own account.
Built from your real experience
Your content is shaped around the facts, opinions and recruitment experiences you provide. Where a detail is missing, you are asked for it rather than it being filled in for you.
Your words stay yours
Your Brand Voice Profile and generated posts belong to you, are never sold, and are deleted or anonymised when you close your account.
Cancel without a conversation
Recurring plans are cancelled from your account or the Stripe portal. No retention call, no email exchange, no cancellation fee.
Priced for one recruiter
Founding member pricing is set for a recruiter paying out of their own pocket, not an agency marketing budget.
Confidentiality built into the workflow
Anonymised facts only. The platform never asks for CVs, candidate or client contact details, or client databases, and prompts you before anything client-sensitive is used.
