Another day. Another blank LinkedIn box. Let’s fix that.
Client content, Candidate advice, Personal brand, Vacancies, Market insights, Placement stories, Recruiter opinions, LinkedIn consistency
Why this exists
You know you should be posting on LinkedIn.
But between candidates, clients, BD, calls, interviews and everything else, creating thoughtful content usually ends up at the bottom of the list.
Then when you finally have ten minutes… what do you actually post?
Recruiter Studio removes that problem. Open your Content Desk. Find something relevant. Personalise it if you want. Post it. Done.
Because “must post something on LinkedIn” shouldn’t live permanently on your to-do list.
Sound familiar?
I don’t know what to post.
My content sounds like everyone else’s.
I only post vacancies.
I start consistently, then disappear.
The Content Desk
Fresh recruitment content. New ideas. Ready-to-personalise posts. Branded visuals.

Post Editor
Use the Post Editor to tweak, shorten, personalise or reshape your post before it goes anywhere near LinkedIn.
Recruiter Studio gives you the starting point. You stay in control of what gets published.
Copy the post and publish from your own account

Inside Recruiter Studio
Build your Brand Voice, open a balanced weekly content desk, refine each post and copy it to LinkedIn—all without connecting your LinkedIn account.
32 seconds · No sound required · Fictional demonstration content
Brand Voice
Recruiter Studio learns how you want to show up.
Set your Brand Voice once and use it to make Recruiter Studio content feel much more like you — your market, your audiences, your tone and the things you would never post.

Before and after
*** WE ARE HIRING ***
I am recruiting a Senior Finance Analyst for a fantastic client. Competitive salary, great culture, exciting opportunity.

Three finance teams told me the same thing this month: they are hiring for judgement, not spreadsheets.
So when a client asked me to find a Senior Finance Analyst, we rewrote the brief around the decisions the person would actually own—and the shortlist changed completely.
If you are an analyst who wants that kind of remit, I am happy to share the detail.
Copy post, publish from your own account
Both examples are fictional and illustrative. They are not real client, candidate or placement details.
Examples
Pick a market to see three example posts. No account, no sign-up and no generation used.
The most expensive hire is the one you make in week eight because you are tired of interviewing.
I see it often: a shortlist that was strong in week two, a decision that never quite got made, and an offer that eventually goes to whoever is still available.
A good process is not a long process. It is a decisive one.
Before you open your next role, agree the two must-haves, the decision maker and the timeline. Everything else is negotiable.
Two questions worth asking at every final interview:
“What would a strong first six months look like?”
“What has made previous people in this role struggle?”
The first tells you whether success is defined. The second tells you whether the business is honest.
How they answer will tell you more about the job than the advert ever did.
I do not think recruitment is broken. I think it is often rushed.
The briefs I get right are the ones where I asked one more question than felt comfortable. The placements I regret are the ones where I did not.
So I keep asking: what does this person need to fix in their first quarter, and who has fixed something like it before?
Slower at the start. Far fewer surprises later.
Fictional demonstration content. Your posts will be personalised to your market, voice and experience.
What do I actually get?
Paid plans include 30 new content generations per monthly usage period under the fair-use policy. New content and templates are added as Recruiter Studio develops.

Recruiter Studio wasn’t dreamed up by a generic marketing agency. It was created by a recruiter with more than 20 years across agency, in-house, fractional and specialist recruitment — someone who knows first-hand how hard it is to stay visible while actually doing the job. The idea was simple: what if recruiters could open one place and have their content desk ready for them?
Just relevant recruitment content, ready when you need it. Staying visible on LinkedIn shouldn’t become another full-time job for a recruiter already managing clients, candidates and vacancies.
Trust and confidentiality
Here is exactly how the platform treats your account, your content and your clients.
The platform never links to your LinkedIn account, never scrapes it and never posts for you. You copy each post and publish it yourself, from your own account.
Your content is shaped around the facts, opinions and recruitment experiences you provide. Where a detail is missing, you are asked for it rather than it being filled in for you.
Your Brand Voice Profile and generated posts belong to you, are never sold, and are deleted or anonymised when you close your account.
Recurring plans are cancelled from your account or the Stripe portal. No retention call, no email exchange, no cancellation fee.
Founding member pricing is set for a recruiter paying out of their own pocket, not an agency marketing budget.
Anonymised facts only. The platform never asks for CVs, candidate or client contact details, or client databases, and prompts you before anything client-sensitive is used.

Questions
No. Recruiter Studio is built specifically around recruitment content and recruiter workflows. Instead of starting with an empty prompt box, you start with relevant content, ideas and tools designed for recruiters.
No. Content is created around the Brand Voice Profile you set up — your market, audiences, tone and boundaries — so two recruiters in different markets get different content. Recruiter Studio does not promise that any individual sentence is unique, which is one reason the Post Editor exists.
Yes. Every post opens in the Post Editor, where you can rewrite, shorten, change the hook, adjust the tone and personalise it before you copy it across to LinkedIn.
Yes. Save your logo, colours and footer details in your Brand Kit, then create branded visuals from your posts and download them to publish yourself.
Absolutely not. Recruiter Studio exists to make consistency easier, not to create another job for you.
No. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel future renewals at any time from your account or the billing portal. There is no agency contract or notice period.
