Features

Everything an individual recruiter needs to stay visible.

Practical tools built around vacancies, placements, candidate conversations and client development — not a general-purpose post generator.

Your foundation

My Brand Voice

A saved profile covering your specialist market, ideal clients, candidate audience, tone, values, prohibited subjects and disliked phrases. Every tool reads from it, so content sounds like you rather than like a template.

Content balance

Four sliders totalling 100% across clients, candidates, personal brand, and vacancies and market insight. Change it whenever your desk priorities change.

Weekly and monthly planning

Weekly Content Desk

A short, balanced set of drafts for the week ahead: a client authority post, a candidate advice post, a personal brand post and a vacancy post.

Monthly Content Calendar

A balanced month built from your posting frequency, content percentages, current priorities, Brand Voice and recent topics, with repetitive openings and repeated subjects avoided.

I Have Nothing to Say

Ten relevant ideas divided between clients, candidates, personal brand and market insight — for the days when the blank box wins.

Turning real work into content

Vacancy to Content

Paste anonymised role information and mark the vacancy as public, partially confidential or fully confidential. You get a direct vacancy post, a candidate-attraction post, a problem-led post, a short follow-up and a confidential version.

Placement to Case Study

Describe the type of role, the hiring problem, the search difficulty, what you did and the outcome. You confirm you have permission to share the information before anything is generated.

Turn My Day Into a Post

Choose a real desk moment — a candidate withdrawing, a brief changing, a counteroffer, interview feedback, a salary conversation, a candidate starting, a client lesson or a market observation. Follow-up questions gather the facts; nothing is invented.

Editing and safeguards

Post Editor

Editable text with a character count and reading time. Copy, save as a draft, mark as posted or delete. Shorten, make warmer, make more authoritative, make less sales-focused, add personal perspective, remove clichés, create carousel copy and add zero, two or up to five hashtags.

Alternative Hooks

Generate three different openings for the same post so you can choose the one that fits your audience.

Confidentiality Check

Automatic detection and warnings for likely email addresses, phone numbers, full names, postal addresses and other candidate-identifying information, so you can anonymise it before generating.

Post Visuals and Carousels

What the Visual Studio does today

  • Eight fixed layouts — bold statement, quote card, numbered tips, vacancy card, hiring now, before and after, market note and a carousel slide.
  • Three sizes: square 1080 × 1080, portrait 1080 × 1350 and landscape 1200 × 627.
  • Your Brand Kit colours, name, title and optional logo are applied to every layout.
  • Live preview, then download the finished image file.
  • Carousel copy is generated in the Post Editor and each slide is rendered one frame at a time using the carousel layout.

Export allowances

  • Free plan: three visual exports, each carrying a small watermark.
  • Paid plans: 20 exports per monthly usage period, without a watermark.
  • An export is only counted once a file has been created successfully.

Multi-slide carousels are exported slide by slide rather than as a single bundled file.

Generations, counted fairly

What counts as a generation

  • One newly generated complete post counts as one generation.
  • Generating an entirely new replacement post counts as one generation.

What does not count

  • Editing text manually.
  • Copying, saving or deleting a post.
  • Minor transformations such as shortening or changing tone, where technically practical.

Confidentiality warning shown beside every free-text field

Do not enter candidate names, contact details, CV information, confidential client information or other personal data. Use anonymised facts only.

Your balance is always visible

Your remaining generations and the date your allowance renews are shown on your dashboard and before each generation. Unused generations expire at the end of each monthly usage period and do not roll over.
